Kal-Haven 33.5 Mile Ultra Trail Run and Relay

Kal-Haven Trail Run - March 24, 2012 | The Kal-Haven Trail Run takes place on the Kal-Haven trail extending from Kalamazoo to South Haven, MI. The event is organized by the Kalamazoo Area Runners (KAR) and all race proceeds support the Greater Kalamazoo Girls on Track (a program of Greater Kalamazoo Girls on the Run).

Turkey Trot Time Prediction 5K Run

NEW! Chip Timing by Great Lakes Championchip! The 2011 Kalamazoo Area Runners Turkey Trot 5K Time Prediction Run will be held on the cross country course at Portage West Middle School (7145 Moorsbridge Rd, Portage, MI 49024) at 9:00am on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 24, 2011.

Beyond Training Program

Training for your first marathon or 50th? How about the half marathon? Are you a beginning runner or seasoned competitor? The 2011 – 2012 Beyond Training Program begins December 17, 2011, runs 20 weeks through April 28, 2012.
