Beyond Training Program
Training for your first marathon or 50th? How about the half marathon? Are you a beginning runner or seasoned competitor? The 2012 – 2013 Beyond Training Program begins January 5, 2013 and runs 17 weeks through April 27, 2013. The Beyond incorporates the Winter Blast Half Marathon and 5k, and targets the Kalamazoo and Boston Marathons, as well as the Borgess Half Marathon.
