Beyond Training Program


Training for your first marathon or 50th? How about the half marathon? Are you a beginning runner or seasoned competitor? The 2011 – 2012 Beyond Training Program begins December 17, 2011, runs 20 weeks through April 28, 2012 and features several transformational changes. In addition to our three traditional marathon training levels, we have now added a semi-elite marathon training regiment as well as a three level half marathon training component.
