  1. Figure your Maximum:
    a.  220 – age =X
     
  2. Figure your Easy Work out Heart Rate Range
    a.  55% to 70% of Max:
    b.  Multiple X x .55= 
    c.   Multiple X x .70=
    d.  this gives your Long Easy range
     
  3. Figure your Steady Work out Heart Rate Range
    a.  70% to 85% of Max:
    b.  Multiple X x .70=
    c.   Multiple X x .85=
    d.  This gives your Steady Eas range
     
  4. Figure your Tempo Work out Heart Rate Range
    a.  85% to 92% of Max
    b.  Multiple X x .85=
    c.   Multiple x x .92=
    d.  This gives your Tempo Range
